|
I am retired, many moons ago I read architecture at the University of Bath - the first year it opened. I enjoy my family history - there's a lot of it so far I've traced one section to the 12th century - helps if there's a crest involved somewhere.

07/29/15 at 09:10The gentleman on the left is Thomas Richardson (my great-grandfather) alongside is his son Major Eric Richardson (my grandfather). My grandfather was killed whilst on active service during WWII. I would love to hear any "stories" that Coral Dranfield has about my family and hers at the time this photograph was taken. Thomas was a 'Yarn' agent, by the time this photograph was taken he was a cotton farm agent, Eric helped in the family business. |
